Our solution extends and complements SAP’s ASAP methodology. We place more focus on ROI, leveraging predefined content, program, risk and change management, industry’s leading practices and metrics, continuous knowledge transfer with key business users and testing.
Assets
Our methodology contains pre-defined deliverables developed and used on various successful SAP projects. These consist of project management documentation, process flows, configuration guides, conversion scripts, design documents, training materials, test scripts, integration test cycles and more. Assets exist for the core SAP ERP modules, as well as for upgrades and global rollouts.
Team
A team of experienced consultants, working side-by-side with team members, provide hands-on validation of the system, training and knowledge transfer throughout the implementation process.
