Shawn Karande, Founder & CEO 
Mr. Karande brings over twenty years of business and technology experience to his role as CEO of ObjectWin. He has many years of experience as a software consultant in analysis, design development, implementation and deployment of enterprise business applications for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to founding ObjectWin Technology, Inc. in 1997, Mr. Karande served as a Senior IT professional in Chase Bank and Continental Airlines. Mr. Karande holds degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
Uma Chidambaram, Executive Vice President
Ms. Chidambaram has over Sixteen years of sales, process management, new initiatives and partnership experience within the IT industry. As the architect of the Company's sales and marketing strategies, she manages, drives, and coordinates the sales force, account management team and technical recruiting team. Prior to joining ObjectWin Technology, Inc. in 2003, Ms. Chidambaram held senior sales management positions with multinational companies. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Management and attained Advance Management certification at Rice University.
